保护层开采上覆遗留煤柱影响区冲击危险性分析

摘要:

为深入探讨保护层开采上覆遗留煤柱对工作面回采期间冲击危险性的影响, 以大佛寺煤矿40201工作面为工程背景, 采用理论分析和现场探测的方法, 研究了保护层开采上覆遗留煤柱影响区耦合断层构造及工作面见方等因素的冲击危险性。研究结果表明: 保护层开采为良好的区域防治冲击地压的方式, 40201工作面在初期回采过程中所监测到的微震事件总能量不超过104J, 总频次不超过100次, 处于较低水平, 保护层开采工作面受远场动载扰动影响小; 保护层开采上覆遗留煤柱影响区的冲击危险性相对较高, 上覆遗留煤柱内的应力集中继续向下方工作面传递, 与回采面内断层构造及见方时期带来的构造应力及顶板活动异常等因素耦合, 40201回风巷侧较运输巷侧具有更高的冲击危险性; 大佛寺矿40201工作面在保护层开采上覆遗留煤柱影响区回采时未发生灾害性冲击显现, 验证了保护层开采作为区域防冲手段的优越性。

Abstract:

In order to deeply explore the influence of the overlying coal column on the rock burst risk of the working face during mining. Taking the 40201 working face of Dafosi Coal Mine as the engineering background, the rock burst risk of factors such as coupling fault structure and working face square in the influence area of the overlying coal column overlying the protective layer mining was studied by theoretical analysis and on-site detection methods. The following conclusions are obtained: the mining of the protective layer is a good way to prevent the impact of ground pressure in the area, and the total energy of the microseismic events monitored by the 40201 working face during the initial mining process does not exceed 104J, and the total frequency does not exceed 100 times, which is at a low level, and the protective layer mining face is less affected by far-field dynamic load disturbance. The impact risk of the overlying coal column in the influence area of the overlying coal column of the mining of the protective layer is relatively high, and the stress concentration in the overlying residual coal column continues to be transmitted to the lower working face, which is coupled with the structural stress and abnormal roof activity caused by the fault structure in the mining surface and the square period, and the 40201 return air lane side has a higher impact risk than the transportation lane side. Up to now, the 40201 working face of Dafosi Mine has not experienced catastrophic impact when the residual coal column impact area is overlaid on the protective layer mining, which not only verifies the superiority of protective layer mining as a regional impact prevention method, but also provides a reference for the prevention of impact pressure in the same type of mine.
